Paul West's third and last Brady script is another of the second-season episodes that everyone remembers, mostly for Jan making up a boyfriend named George Glass. It's also remarkable for Marcia's harsh, "Jan, if boys don't find you attractive, don't blame me." While Jan's feelings of insecurity are well done, it's always bothered me that there's all this fuss over forgettable Clark Tyson, who for some reason has never seen Jan in a dress. Also, there are chronology problems. Clark is in Jan's class and yet he's twelve, while Jan is either eleven turning twelve, or ten turning eleven. And Cindy is already eight, although I could've sworn she was still six on the Christmas episode. I'm going to assume that Jan was born in November of '59, and Cindy maybe a little less than three years later, and Clark got left back a year.
Joseph Mell, who plays the Druggist, was also on That Girl a couple times.
