The once and future Governor of California speaks with passion and idealism about economic class, including disagreeing with Perot that there's such a thing as "a billion-dollar populist." His followers looked enraptured, everyone else distracted, including by Kennedy and Jackson. The band does "California Here I Come" as the intro and the Monty Python theme as the outro. (OK, it's John Philip Sousa's "Liberty March" but it caught me by surprise a quarter century ago.)
