Arima blackmails Yukino into doing his committee work but the two nonetheless bond. In Episode 1, he confessed his love to her before knowing what she was really like, but here she realizes she loves him as she gets to know his devious side. In the end, they're friends, for now.
While this episode is still enjoyable, it does definitely have more questionable behavior. Also, the family isn't as fun as in the premiere, although the sequence of her two kid sisters using "comic strips and fun music" to teach her a lesson is great.
