This Levine & Isaacs episode is notable for a couple reasons. One, it teams up Winchester and Klinger for several scenes, and they're about as different as can be. And two, it shows Margaret showing remorse when a nurse is injured following her orders.
Paul Cavonis, who was Buddy Berkman on the "Johnny Bravo" episode of The Brady Bunch, here has his first of two M*A*S*H roles, as Sgt. Cutrifiotis. Randy Stumpf, who plays one of the Greek Soldiers, would be Punk #1 on Bosom Buddies. Tom Dever (his last M*A*S*H appearance, this time as an MP), Enid Kent (Bigelow), and Kellye Nakahara (Yamato) return.
