Twenty-seven-year-old comic Jeff Altman (yes, later of Pink Lady & Jeff) plays it deadpan in the role of alien-obsessed copy boy Clint Mullet, who's hoping to sell a story to The American Enquirer.  Despite the title, Mork doesn't go public, although he's tempted to and, yes, there's some irony to the lines about him becoming famous.  (The crowd by this point in the season cheers his first appearance in the episode.)  Note that it's been "a few months" since Mindy's date with Bill Mason (the guy who took her Jeep).

This is the first of seven Mork stories David Misch wrote, while it's April Kelly's second.
