Not only does papa Robert return as Dr. Borelli in this episode that Alan wrote and directed, but Alan's much younger half-brother Antony (then 23) appears as Cpl. Jarvis and in fact gives the best performance in the episode.  Meanwhile BJ, still worried about morale, throws a surprise party for Hawkeye's birthday, even though it's nowhere near Hawkeye's birthday, and then this morphs into a surprise anniversary party for BJ, even though it's nowhere near his wedding anniversary.

Kellye Nakahara (Yamato) and Shari Saba (Nurse Shari) return.
