Norma Safford Vela wrote this funny but emotionally raw episode where 14-year-old Becky gives Roseanne the silent treatment, driving her crazy. In a way, everyone is at the top of their form, even Fishman doing a lot with D.J.'s main scene, but it is tough to watch Becky be so bratty. And, yes, this is the beginning of more conflicts with Roseanne, some over much larger issues than Becky breaking a grounding. Note that Rodbell's is mentioned but not seen.
