This Davis & Pollock story has some potential, with the 4077th switching roles around for Boxing Day, but not a lot is done with it, and the officers keep reverting to their actual roles.  Interestingly, Klinger is the only enlisted man who seems unhappy about it.  Winchester is predictably the unhappiest, as the kitchen assistant.  Note that the British are again as stereotyped as the Turks, if more flatteringly.

Val Bisoglio (again the Cook, but this time given the name Sgt. Pernelli, and we know what Winchester thinks of Italians), Roy Goldman (as Roy Goldman), Jeff Maxwell (Straminsky), Kellye Nakahara (Yamato as usual although Farr accidentally calls her Nakahara), and Bill Snider (this time an Enlisted Man) return.
