This Fritzell & Greenbaum story has people acting in frustrating ways, but it does offer resolution.  At the more serious end, Saunders (Jordan Clarke, who would play Janet's handsome boyfriend Bill on Three's Company), a patient whose face has been damaged by his own gun going off in his face, thinks he wants to kill himself but Potter makes him realize that he wants to live.  At the more comical end, Hawkeye and BJ refuse to shower unless Charles stops playing the French horn badly.  This irritates the entire camp, until they, led by Margaret, take revenge, a cathartic ending.  Well, the actual ending has Charles getting a new horn, but one without a mouthpiece, to his roommates' great and his slight amusement.  (The little smile at the end is a more human touch than Frank usually got.)

Nancy Steen, who's a nameless Nurse, would be on Mork & Mindy as Helen Anderson.  Lois Foraker (this time Nurse Denver), Richard Lee-Sung (this time Sang Nu), Kellye Nakahara (Yamato), and Sal Viscuso (PA Announcer) return.  Radar is absent again.
