This Arnold & Meyerson story has the Kotters moving into an apartment managed by Epstein's Uncle Moe (Herb Edelman, later Dorothy's husband on The Golden Girls). At first, Moe threatens them with eviction when he finds out that they have babies, but like his nephew he's not as tough as he pretends. Woodman also continues to show a softer side this season. And Vinnie seems to get dumber every episode, although it is kind of funny to see him flirting with refrigerators.
