This Grossman & Burditt episode is more famous these days as the one where Ritter briefly flashed his crotch. Since this was the lowest-rated episode of the series, and since not everyone had VCRs at the time, I don't think anyone noticed for almost twenty years. The plot itself is a better handling of "Breaking Up Is Hard to Do" from earlier in '83, as Jack and then the girls suspect that the title character, a mysterious Brit, is an international thief. I could've done with less of Janet and Terri fighting over him, but there are some good moments, like the reaction to the opening of the trunk. Jack has a phone conversation with Larry, but Kline does not appear.
