Neil Lebowitz, who wrote a couple early Mork & Mindy episodes and one for Three's Company around that same time, contributed this forgettable story about Tony living out his dream of becoming a fireman.  Still, Angela has some nice moments.

Billye Ree Wallace, who's a nameless Woman here, would be Polly on Ellen.  Dale Harimoto would reprise her role as reporter Laurie Lee the next season.  (She worked for KCET and was usually typecast as a reporter or similar in her acting roles.)  Ross Malinger has his first of three WtB roles, as Rory, while Josh Byrne returns as Joey.
