Alan J. Levitt wrote this episode about the title object.  There are some moments I like, such as Mrs. Roper finding a glove in the box of stuff from the glove compartment, but I could've done with less of Jack insulting Chrissy's intelligence.  She's definitely the most honest of the trio, perhaps because she's a minister's daughter.

Mr. Wagstaff the car dealer is played by Tom Lacy, who was Dr. Whelan on The Bob Newhart Show.  I suspect that if this had been a later episode, Larry would've made an appearance.
