In this Eisenstock & Mintz story, we find out that Rerun lives with his sister Donna (Chip Fields, who previously played Shirley's sister) and his brother-in-law Ike (Nathaniel Taylor, who'd return in the role).  Ike is a gambler who dislikes Rerun but nonetheless takes betting tips from him when Dwayne seems to have a foolproof system.  Ike of course loses big.  I don't know what Ike does for a living, but Donna is a nurse, and Ike foolishly gets Rerun a job in the bookie's pizza parlor to help pay off the debt.  (We see in the tag that Rerun ate half the pizza Dee ordered, so it's obvious he won't last long.)

Mama is absent but of course wouldn't approve of the gambling.
