In this Rick Mittleman story, Roger is on his bike for his job at Pronson's market, when he's hit by a car. There are no personal injuries, but both vehicles are damaged. Since this is an American sitcom, you know that Raj will be found innocent like Carol Brady and unlike Robin Tripp. You might also predict that the female judge (or "judgette" as Rerun calls her), will be annoyed by Roger's flattery but impressed by Shirley acting like a lawyer. I can't remember if both Shirley and Dwayne had last names before, but they definitely have them in court.
This is the first episode without Dee, and the first of five directed by Lee Bernhardi.
