Chester finds El and some of the other men (including Saunders, who you'd think would stay out of it) in a restaurant, where they're planning the next step in the revolution and finds himself challenged by El to a duel.  Jessica tries to talk to Burt about his marriage with Mary, but seems more concerned about Phil Donahue and Marlo Thomas.  (An in-joke, as Marlo's brother was one of the producers.)  Burt later speaks at a congressional hearing and two men plot his murder.  Maggie finds out that Jodie is stuck in a past life.  And Danny and Annie go to bed, feel guilty, and then plan to have sex again.

Pat McNamara, who plays the Chairman, would be "Gentleman Joe" Cavanaugh on M*A*S*H.  Kopi Soritopulos, who plays the New York Senator, would be Larry's Uncle on Three's Company, while Raleigh Bond, who's the Oregon Senator, would be Eddie on Bosom Buddies.  And Michael Fairman, who plays Lou, was Mr. Peters on Buddies.  Eunice is absent.
