In this David S. Rosenthal story, Ellen wonders who in her book group wrote a negative note about her, which leads to her "spooning" (not actually touching) with an acquaintance in a mattress store.  Meanwhile Adam's phone voice gets to second base.  Note that Ellen and Paige went to summer camp together and both knew Adam in college.

Kenneth Kimmins, who was a Blind Man on Soap, here plays Phil.  Paul Marin, who was Mr. Peabody on Three's Company, is Mr. Phillips here.  Salesman Gene Poe would return in the final season as a nameless Man.
