Jack wants to take out Shirley (Tori Lysdahl, who a couple years later would play a very different character, Rita), a fitness instructor with an overprotective brother.  I didn't find any of this funny, and the characters were more illogical than usual.  Still, um, Shirley is pretty and you get to see Janet and Chrissy in workout clothes, so there's that.  This is the only 3'sC episode co-written by Howard Gewirtz and Ian Praiser, and the team would do a better job on Bosom Buddies.
