In Michael Morris's third of four Brady stories, Bobby hero-worships Jesse James.  In the previous episode, he reacted positively to the idea of robbing a bank, although he and Cindy were perfectly peaceful with Mr. Goodbody.  This episode offers a not fully developed examination of violence and the media, which isn't exactly what you expect on The Brady Bunch, nor is a dream sequence with a mass murder of the whole family in front of a horrified Bobby.  It's not gory of course but it is disturbing.  In the end, Bobby turns in his guns and decides to pick someone better for his next hero.  How about Joe Namath?

Ruth Anson, who plays Miss Perry the librarian, would later be Mrs. Ferguson.  This episode was directed by Leslie H. Martinson.
