Howard Meyers's first of nine WtB scripts makes easily the worst episode so far, although not necessarily the worst of the season.  (We have "Charmed Lives" coming up after all.)  Tony is wildly out of character, becoming a "stage mother" when Sam expresses a mild interest in ballet.  Yes, he can be pushy, but not like this.  And when he kisses the Russian dance teacher on both cheeks, it feels nothing like the Tony of two months ago, who told Angela, "Hey, I still like girls!" when she suggested his romantic tastes were changing.  Even the Angela-cello subplot doesn't work, except for the last moment, when Mona commits an act of vandalism.  As I recall though, there would be a nice pay-off in the Jonathan-accordion episode.  Note that Chad McCann, "the cutest boy in school," calls to ask Sam on a date but we still haven't seen him.
