Glazer, Honigblum, and Phillips wrote this story, although the teleplay is by someone who didn't work on any other of my shows.  It's an unusual episode in that it's just the five regulars.  Yes, it's about the "family," with Tony and Angela disagreeing about how to raise Jonathan.  His teacher sends a note home recommending he become more well-rounded and Tony thinks sports are the answer, but Angela worries about him getting hurt.  The discussion about what a "wimp" is has a very '80s feel.  (For instance, George Bush, Sr., at the time he was VP had to worry about the "wimp factor," while Reagan was seen as a macho cowboy.)  When Angela gets hurt at a gymnastics event, Angela blames Tony, although he's no more to blame than Garry Shandling was for Grant getting hit with a door.  It turns out, as Mona realizes, that Jonathan looks up to Angela and has inherited her driven perfectionism.
