Chet's friend, the title character, stays with the Boyles, so Harry tries to outsmart him, and Ralph builds a wall on the property line. Richard Dawson apparently does one of the voices, but I didn't recognize him. (The reporter?) This is one of six WTYFGH stories written by Charles Anthony and Mark Scott and just isn't as intelligent or interesting as the first two episodes.
