Harris again collaborated with Lang for this episode, which includes the following:

• Danny still unsuccessfully trying to kill Burt
• Mary taking Burt to see sex therapist Dr. Medlow (Byron Webster in the first of four appearances)
• Jodie running into Eunice in a New Jersey restaurant after they've rendezvoused with their secret boyfriends (Hers is Senator McCallum, but we just see the back of his head and the extra looks nothing like Edward Winter.)
• Corinne, although not Catholic, going to Confession and hitting on Sal Viscuso as Father Timothy Flotsky.  (I didn't know this was a Lenny Bruce reference till ten or fifteen years ago.)
• Jessica going to Peter's apartment to tell him it's over, while he's trying to get rid of another woman and prepare for Corinne moving in.

The marvelous Nita Talbot makes her first of three appearances as Mrs. Fine.  (Helmond has moments interacting with her that are proto-Mona-Robinson.)  Both Billy and the Major are absent this time.  And, no, I don't know why this aired on a Thursday.
