This Fritzell & Greenbaum is more interesting than most of the similar episodes, because of what the mail brings this time.  Potter finds out that his daughter-in-law Janine is going to have a baby.  (His nameless son was born in '26 and is a dentist.)  And Frank gets a letter from his wife, saying that she knows about his affair with Maj. Houlihan.  Both Potter and Burns call home, the latter insisting that nothing happened with Houlihan.  Margaret listens in and is furious.  They do not make up by the end of the episode, and in fact Klinger is wearing the Frederick's of Hollywood nightie Frank bought for Margaret.  There's also a better than usual home movie, with Burghoff playing Radar's mother.

Kellye Nakahara (Yamato) returns and, while smoking a cigar, is referred to as Officer Kellye.  This is the first of seven M*A*S*H episodes directed by George Tyne, who did three for The Brady Bunch and six for The Bob Newhart Show.
