While I like the idea of Hawkeye and BJ fighting to make Frank happy on his birthday, I thought the thing with Radar taking a correspondence course for writers didn't quite work, and I thought that Klinger being attacked by woman-hungry Chinese (Radar tells us that Klinger escaped with his virtue intact, although we see that his clothes have been ripped) and then later Klinger pretending he's going to immolate himself were far more tasteless than funny.

Jeff Maxwell returns as Igor Straminsky.  Ken Levine and David Isaacs were the writers.
