Gary David Goldberg's second BNS story is funny, sometimes very funny-- Howard's "What do you know about international law?" was my favorite line-- although Mr. Carlin's girlfriend being OK with him repeatedly lying to her feels odd. I like how the motif of Emily's matchmaking continues. Note the Captain and Tennille reference. Will Mackenzie doesn't appear in this episode but he directed and, like Bonerz, would become quite successful at it.
This is the 200th TV program I've given a B to.
