This episode seems to be making the point that almost everyone is superstitious, but I was too distracted by Reynolds & Folb's mediocre dialogue.

James Canning has his first of two M*A*S*H roles, as Corp. Marsh.  Philip Ahn (this time the Korean Grandfather), Roy Goldman (this time a Corpsman), Virginia Ann Lee (her last M*A*S*H appearance, as Kyong Ja), Kellye Nakara (Yamato), Sal Viscuso (PA Announcer), and Johnny Yune (Korean Translator) all return.  Alda directed.
