This Patchett & Tarses story definitely has one of the longer titles.  It's basically what it says on the tin.  Note that on this and the Thanksgiving episode, Jerry makes it sound like he spent his entire childhood in the orphanage and never got adopted, which contradicts things like him having a non-biological younger brother.

Graham Jarvis was Col. Whiteman on M*A*S*H and here is Dr. Bickwell.  Merrie Earle makes her last appearance as Mrs. Loomis.
