This episode is decently directed by Morgan, but the Burt Prelutsky script doesn't really hang together well. There's a big build-up about illegal gambling and theft, which has nothing to do with Frank ending up unconscious in the OR, or Hawkeye's subsequent trial. Hawkeye/BJ shippers take note that when Hawkeye says Frank wants not only Hawkeye's life but his virginity, he and his friend banter about it. The incidents flashed back to are set in October '52, although recent episodes have indicated that Ike is President.
Johnny Haymer (Zale) and Kellye Nakahara (Yamato) return.
