There's a contest for the title of the title, narrowed down to the enlisted men Klinger, Radar, Igor Straminsky (Jeff Maxwell), and Zelmo Zale (Johnny Haymer).  Klinger cheats but Radar wins.  Meanwhile Frank catches the fever that's going around, so he makes out his will, leaving everything to his wife and children.  Margaret is so angry at this that when Frank is somewhat recovered, she punches him in the face!  I suppose writer Linda Bloodworth considered this long overdue, but it still feels unjustified.
