Bruce Kane's middle of three episodes has the reputation of being the funniest episode of the series ever. I wouldn't go that far, but it is funny, with four different takes on how to act like a drunk, and wordplay like Mr. Carlin's "java jive" line and "Howie's in Maui." Note that Howard pays for his ex-wife and her husband to go to Hawaii, so presumably they've worked out the problems in their marriage.
David Himes, who's the Delivery Guy, would later be a Detective.
