This George Yanok story feels very '70s in that Gabe's successful former schoolmate has always envied the Sweathogs. LaHendro's direction is awkward here, with people standing with their backs to the camera and timing that is slightly off. But I do like that Julie's "famous tuna casserole" is definitely a running joke now, and the weird-laugh-off is cute.
Bridget Hanley, who's Mary Flannigan, had played Sally on Gidget. Bill Adler returns as an uncredited Sweathog.
