This is another episode that Brian Cooke wrote by himself and it has a lot of funny and/or interesting moments, like Jo's story about her uncle and the duck, and the revelation of Robin's middle name (Oswald).  I like the sort of bonding over the homemade beer between George and Robin, and it's interesting that it also makes George more amorous towards Mildred.

Ken Watson had previously played a Bank Manager, is a Policeman here, and would later be a Police Sergeant.
