Simon Munter's first of seven M*A*S*H scripts, a collaboration with Gelbart, doesn't have much of a plot, just a series of incidents.  We do find out that Margaret has a younger sister, a captain who's getting married, and a mother who's turned to drink and kleptomania since the father died.  And Trapper writes to his seven-year-old, Becky.  (Was Kathy the five-year-old before?)  Oh, and there's yet another sex lecture by Henry.  I could've done without the Gelbartian line about Hawkeye and Trapper "molesting the nurses."

Roy Goldman (this time as an Orderly), Johnny Haymer (Zale), Jeff Maxwell (Straminsky), Kellye Nakahara (Nurse Charlie for a change), Patricia Stevens (Nurse Brown for the moment), and Dennis Troy (this time as an M.P. Guard) all return.  Alda directed again.
